Required Fees

Optional Fees – Pet

  • Pet Rent: $20/mo per pet (2 pets max)

  • Unreserved: $100/mo

Optional Fees – Storage

Optional Fees – Clubhouse Rental

  • $500 for up to 5hrs

Situational Fees

  • Late Fee: 10% of Rent
  • Early Lease Termination:
  • Option 1: 60 day notice and 2 month’s base rent.
  • Option 2: Pay rent until apartment is re-rented or lease end date (whichever occurs first)
  • Transfer Fee:1 Month of Current Apartment’s Base Rent
  • NSF Fee: $40
  • Replacement Vehicle/Gate Pass: $100
  • Unreturned Key Fee at Move-out: $35
  • Renter's Protection: $11.14/mo
  • Vacant Cost Recovery: $50

Utilities & Insurance

  • Electricity: TBD (paid directly to provider)
  • Water/Sewer/Stormwater: TBD (paid along with rent)

  • Liability Insurance: Varies based on provider
  • Trash: $30/mo
  • Pest Control: $5/mo
Note: Please be advised that there may be other charges you would be responsible for that are "variable/incidental" and/or "unknown", such as: damage to the owner's property caused by you, your household member(s), or guest(s) (for which an invoice would be issued to reimburse for the same); or water/sewer charges (based upon your actual exclusive usage, and for which invoicing will be provided in accordance with your lease and water/sewer addendum).
